Orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted.

You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please keep in mind that expedited shipping options reduce delivery times once the order has been fulfilled; they do not reduce the order fulfillment time.

Return Policy

We offer free returns for any product in new condition if a request for return is made within 30 days of your order being delivered, for a full refund of the item's sale price at the time of order. Original shipping costs are not refundable. 

Note: Any items marked as FINAL SALE, MADE-TO-ORDER, or CUSTOM are not eligible for return. Please measure carefully, and feel free to reach out if there's anything we can help with before you order. 

All items must be sent back in the original packaging.  If original packaging is unavailable, customer is responsible for the condition of the item upon receipt at our warehouse. Items must be in new condition, unused/unwashed and show no signs of wear, use, or installation. If returned items are received in damaged or otherwise used condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund, or no refund, depending on the condition of the item(s) at our discretion. In the event that we cannot offer a full refund for a return, we will reach out to the customer to determine whether they would like to have the item shipped back to them, or disposed of/recycled. 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery to file a damage claim. We will make every effort to ensure your order arrives in good condition.

They’re made with durable nylon and stainless steel construction, so they'll last for years in any environment. There are 3 Roller Carriers included per foot of track.
Track Connectors
EverTrack Track Connectors ensure your track sections are perfectly aligned so you can glide your curtain smoothly across one continuous channel. They’re included with track sizes Small and above (Mini doesn't need one!)
Easy-Add End Caps
No need to remove your track from the ceiling to add or remove curtain hooks. With Easy-Add End Caps, you can add or remove curtain hooks whenever you'd like, without the hassle of removing your track. Simply unscrew the pullout, add or remove as many hooks as you need, and place the pullout back in the end cap. That's it! It’s perfect for when you want to freshen up your space with new curtains!
Screws and Drywall Anchors

Can I customize the length of my Curtain Track?

If you need to adjust the length of your curtain track for a better fit in your space, you can easily cut it with a hack saw or chop saw, and the included End Caps will keep the end of the track looking great.

How do I install the Curtain Track on different ceiling types?

If you're installing your curtain track on drop ceiling or a ceiling joist, thread screws directly into the grid or joist (do not use drywall anchors on these ceiling types).

Can I use my existing curtains with EverTrack Curtain Track?

If you already have curtains, included EverTrack Curtain Hooks work with a wide variety of curtains and draperies, so you can create your perfect style.

What width should my curtains be compared to the track length?

For the most elegant look when your curtains are closed, we recommend that your curtain's width is at least 10% wider than the length of your track.
